At Shelroxxiz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your balcony decor purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with a product, we offer a straightforward return process outlined below.
Australian Consumer Law – Your Statutory Rights
Under the Australian Consumer Law, our goods come with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure (for example, if the product is significantly faulty, unsafe, or not fit for purpose) and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For major failures, we will arrange and pay for return shipping. For minor problems, we may choose to repair or replace the goods. Our voluntary return policy below applies in addition to these statutory rights and covers change-of-mind returns.
Eligible Products
The following products purchased through shelroxxiz.world are eligible for return:
- Macrame Plant Hanger Kit ($24.95) — returnable if the kit is unopened and in its original packaging
- Solar String Light Set ($18.50) — returnable if unused and in original packaging with all components included
- Outdoor Cushion Cover Collection ($32.00) — returnable if unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging
Return Window
For change-of-mind returns under our voluntary policy, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Returns requested after this period may not be accepted under this voluntary policy. For faulty or defective products, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not limited by this time frame.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be in its original, unused condition
- All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
- The product must not have been altered, customised, or assembled (for kit products)
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided
How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please follow these steps:

- Our team will provide you with return instructions and a return reference number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the address we provide
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or was incorrectly shipped. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the return reaches us safely. Shelroxxiz is not responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within five to seven business days. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund has been processed.
Faulty or Damaged Products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, or significantly different from its description on shelroxxiz.world, please contact us within seven days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs, in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new enquiry for the item you prefer.
